Narrative

       A family requested to design an addition to their existing building without changing it or destroying it. They want their addition to be constructed with a view on the ocean and they also want to have a deck and a roof garden. Within the new addition they want to have master bedroom with master bath and some closets. The family also want family room to be added and also man asked to add exercise room where he can spend his free time. They requested that the new addition must have a look like the existing building.
                                                    Requirements

  1. Master Suite, (duplex arrangement)

    • Master Bedroom, 200 S.F.

    • Master Bath, 80 S.F.

    • Walk-in-closets, as required

    • Exercise Room, 180 S.F. (not on same floor as bedroom)

  2. Family Room, 300 S.F.

  3. Formal Outdoor Area, 300 S.F. (i.e. deck, roof garden, etc.)
